The INFINE chair was created in 2008, by the french designer Christian Desile. During the first exhibition at the "City of design St Etienne France", it
was noticed by Belgian furniture editor and will get, at the "Maison & Objet 2009", the prices "COUP DE COEUR PRESS IDEAT" and "DECOUVERTE NOW". The meeting of the designer with the bussiness man Régis Paillardon, will be behind the creation of the company INFINE Design Objet, which since, aims to
commercialize the folding chair in Europe.
The original idea was to start from a wooden panel requiring only a single cut, to make a chair that, once folded, could also serve as a table top
placed on trestles.
